Acceptable use
Use the site for lawful personal or business-evaluation purposes. Do not disrupt it, introduce harmful code, bypass protections, scrape contact information, submit confidential material through the public form or reproduce original materials as an unrelated product or service.
Enquiries and services
An enquiry does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, promise a product result or establish project terms. If work proceeds, scope, access, confidentiality, responsibilities, fees, acceptance conditions, cancellation and operating expectations should be set out in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The Vadenolum name, original copy, visual identity and website assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Substantial copying, resale, republication or adaptation requires prior written permission.
